We develop, manufactures and markets 1Stat
ideally to suit various sectors like hospitality industries
such as 3 to 5 stars hotels, budget inn, resorts, service
apartments, hospitals, students dormitory, offices and household.
The company founded since 2001 has strived to excellent to develop
a system that can be installed in any commercial buildings which
fulfilled the needs of reducing expensive energy cost especially
air- conditioning or heating with an affordable price.
Besides, 1Stat can be interfaced with a door
contact to sense whether the room is occupied or unoccupied.
If the motion detector senses the room is unoccupied, the system
will switch off the air-conditioner or heater or even lights to
saves energy.
1Stat is virtually able to control any HVAC
Fan Coil Unit system, split unit air-conditioning system and lightings.

Why should we use occupancy
|
|
Reducing Energy Expenditure Means Increasing
Operating Profit
Typically, the HVAC system represents the biggest portion of total
energy consumption. HVAC operation in unoccupied areas consumes
energy that may not be needed. With the 1Stat
system controlling HVAC operation, the system can reduce energy
expenditure, thus increasing operating profit.
Save HVAC Energy Consumption Up to 45%
Rented rooms are empty an average of 65% of the time, as occupants
are normally out sightseeing, shopping, in meetings or other activities.
Savings can be realized by using 1Stat system
to shut off or limit HVAC operation in unoccupied rooms, which can
reduce HVAC energy consumption by 30-45%. Significant energy savings
assure rapid payback of investment.
No Sacrifice Of Occupant Comfort
Occupancy system operation will not interfere with occupants comfort
because it only functions while rooms are empty. The occupant still
has total control of the HVAC system while in the room. Intelligent
energy management assures occupants comfort.

1Stat uses a door open signal to initiate
occupancy status detection. If 1Stat senses
a motion, it will allow a normal HVAC control. It waits for another
door open signal before determining occupancy again. If the door
opens & closes, 1Stat will start to look for
occupancy. If there is no motion being sensed in 30 minutes (factory
setting), the system will switch off the HVAC for energy savings.
It determines it is an unoccupied status. However, if 1Stat
senses a motion, the system will immediately revert back to normal
HVAC control. 1Stat is far more reliable in
energy savings compares to any key switch system available in the
market.

If you are using a 2HP air-conditioning system, your local Electricity
cost is US 10 cents per kWh and let say an average of 5 hours wastages
every day:-
The formula is as follows:
2HP X 0.7457 (conversion to kWh) X US 10 cents X 5 hours a day
= US 75 cents per day or US 22.50 per month
Savings =
US 67.50 per quarter or US 270.00 per year
